If something is not right, please tell us within 7 days of receiving it and we will put it right.
What can be returned
Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. For hygiene reasons attar, opened dates, food items and anything made or altered for you cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery cost. Please send us a photo with your order number.
How to return
Bring the item to the shop in Lenasia with your order number, or contact us and we will arrange the return. Unless the fault is ours, the cost of sending an item back is yours.
Refunds
Refunds are paid to the method you paid with, once we have received and checked the item. They can take up to 7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.
