When is the shop open?
Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 12:55 and 13:15 to 17:00. Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00. Saturday: 09:00 to 15:00. Sunday: 10:00 to 12:45. Closed on Friday from 12:00 to 14:00 for Jumu'ah.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes. Choose "Collect from the shop in Lenasia" at checkout. There is no charge, and we will let you know when your order is ready.
Where do you deliver?
Delivered across South Africa by courier, or collect from the shop in Lenasia at no charge.
How can I pay?
The payment options are shown at checkout.
I am looking for a kitaab that is not on the website.
The shop carries more than the website, and we can often order a title in. Send us the title, author or a photo of the cover on WhatsApp.
Do you do orders for a madrasah, masjid or school?
Yes. Send us your list on WhatsApp or by email and we will quote for the whole order.
How do I choose an attar?
Each attar lists its scent family, notes and strength. The Attar Finder suggests a few to try from four questions. Start with a 3 ml bottle if you are not sure.
Can you gift wrap?
Yes. Build a gift box on the website, choose the items and write a note for the card, and we pack it in the shop. Our ready-made gift sets come wrapped too.
Can I return something?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 7 days. Attar, opened dates and personalised items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Something is sold out. Will it be back?
Leave your email on the item's page and we will email you once when it is back in stock.
